- Non-defective products (e.g., change of mind, wrong size)

- All returns and exchanges are processed via mail.
- Shipping instructions will be provided once your return/exchange request is approved.

📋 Return Window & Conditions:
- You must request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be: - ✅ Unworn and unused
- ✅ In original condition with all tags attached
- ❌ Items showing wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
🚚 Reporting Shipping Damages:
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for processing.

We specialize in custom leather products crafted to your specifications. Please note:
