Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
✅ The item is unworn and unused
✅ All original tags are still attached
❌ Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Reporting Damages or Defects

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We may not be able to process claims reported after this time frame.

Custom Orders Policy

We take pride in creating customized leather pieces tailored to your needs. However, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins.
