At Northern Hides Canada, we want you to shop with peace of mind. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations—whether it's defective or you simply changed your mind—we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

✅ We Accept Returns & Exchanges For:

  • Defective products (e.g., damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects)
  • Non-defective products (e.g., change of mind, wrong size)

📦 Return Method:

  • All returns and exchanges are processed via mail.
  • Shipping instructions will be provided once your return/exchange request is approved.

🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Email us at northernhidecanada@gmail.com with your order number and details.
  • Attach clear photos of the item if it is defective or damaged.
  • Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

📋 Return Window & Conditions:

  • You must request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    Items must be:
  • Unworn and unused
  • ✅ In original condition with all tags attached
  • ❌ Items showing wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

🚚 Reporting Shipping Damages:

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for processing.

🧵 Custom Orders Policy:

We specialize in custom leather products crafted to your specifications. Please note:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

💳 Refund Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
